What you’ll get out of it
You’ll gain management skills that will help you in future life, and will be instrumental in shaping Scouting in Berkshire for the future. Volunteering to support young people directly to have their say will be a huge reward to you if you’re the sort of person who’ll give this a go.
What we need from you
We’d need you to complete a DBS check and do some basic training within 5 months of you starting. Then there is some more training to do which will cover other parts of the role, but this takes prior knowledge and experience into account, and if you do need support it can be done on the job – and even better, you have 3 whole years to do this if you need it!
