1st Britwell Scout Group are looking for a Treasurer to join their Executive Committee. Are you good at keeping track of money and good with figures? Would you like to volunteer in a flexible way which works around your other commitments?
Not all of our volunteers go camping, light fires or get out on the water. Some of our volunteers play a vital part by supporting the group in administrative roles. Group Treasurer supports the group by helping to keep track of finances and supports the development of the group.
Time commitment for this role is flexible with a few hours a month to help administer the finances and four / five meetings a year to give a brief account of the finances to the Group Executive Committee and present a brief yearly summary.
All of our accounts are held on Microsoft Excel making them easy to administer.
No previous experience is required and full training will be provided to support you in the role.
