The County Cub Quiz took place on 8 May in Wokingham. The winning team were three Cub Scouts from 1st Wokingham. They just scrapped ahead of second placed Windsor & Eton by one point. more
The 2005 Annual Conference of Berkshire Scout Network took place on 12 May at the University of Reading. Steve Taplin and Clair Turnbull were elected Chair and Vice-Chair for 2005-2006. more
A group of students coordinated by Pete Jeffreys at Reading University have met to discuss launching a Reading University Guide and Scout Club (RUGS). The club would have links to the Scout Network as well as to Girlguiding UK and SSAGO. more
The popular Photo of the Week series is continuing to attract entries every week. As the evenings lighten and the sunshine arrives and you get outdoors more, it would be great to see photos of young people drawn from all sections in action out there.
