Chief Scout Visits ER Explorers Peter Duncan, the Chief Scout toured the sub camps at Eurojam including the Danube Sub-Camp where the ER Explorer Scouts are based. The Explorer Scouts took the opportunity to get the Chief Scout's signature in their Visitors Book. Contributed by Phil. |

Eurojam Opens Eurojam opened with a fantastic ceremony on Saturday evening attended by over 10,000 Scouts from 57 countries. Peter Duncan the Chief Scout launched the 10 day long international camp. The Scouts were entertained by gymnasts, the Bogus Brothers (Rock band), the Eurojam Choir and much much more Contributed by geoff. |
East Reading Explorers at Eurojam - 2 East Reading Explorer Scouts are part of the Danube Sub Camp. There will be about 1000 participants in the sub camp. The Danube Sub Camp motto is “go with the flow” and the colour for the Sub Camp is light blue - so bring your light blue tops and shorts and be prepared to chill out (after all the excitement). The different areas of the Sub Camp will be named after the countries the Danube flows through. Contributed by Phil. |
