Responsibilities

The County Steering Group is responsible for :

 Developing/maintaining an overall direction/strategy/plan & ensuring its execution.

 Defining terms of reference for each of the sub-teams

 Ensuring the existence of, and implementation of, a succession planning strategy

 Review, from time to time, the structure of the “County Team”
