Spring Competition Series

We would like to know what you like most about Scouting. Over the next few weeks there will be a number of competitions to get your thoughts and to provide you with an opportunity to get your hands on some equipment for your Group, Unit or District.  Why not include this as an activity at your next meeting. Here is a ready prepared form to use in MS Word Format or Adobe PDF format.

Who can Enter?

This competition is open to all Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Scout Network and Adult Volunteers in Berkshire.

When is the closing date?

Saturday 1 April 2006

What is the prize?

£25 vouchers to spend on equipment for your Colony, Pack, Troop, Unit, Network, Group or District

The top ten entries will receive a certificate to display at your Colony, Pack, Troop, Unit, Network, Group or District HQ

The top twenty entries will appear on the Berkshire Scouts Web Site and may appear in a forthcoming publication on Berkshire Scouting.

by post (why not send all the entries from your section together)

to Berkshire Scouts Competition, 1 Somerton Gardens, Earley, Reading RG6 5XG to arrive by 1 April 2006.

Please indicate your name and section (Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Scout Network, Leader)  and the name of your Group, Unit or District.

Here is a ready prepared form to use in MS Word Format or Adobe PDF format to use with your section.

The entries will be judged according to the section and the winning entries will be those which best capture some aspect of the adventure of Scouting relevant to that section.
