County Management Team
The County Management Team consists of the 12 District Commissioners, the sectional Assistant County Commissioners, the Local Training Managers, the County Scout Network Commissioner, the County Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary, the Deputy County Commissioners and the County Commissioner.
The County Management Team typically meets twice a year to review and renew the strategy for developing Scouting across Berkshire.
County Management Team Meeting October 2005
The County Management Team met over the weekend 15/16 October to discuss the development of Scouting across Berkshire. They focused their time on projects centred on reducing waiting lists, Explorer Scouts/Scout Network, public perception and 2007. These are key long terms projects which will involve all adult volunteers across Berkshire - watch this space.
