Dates
We leave on Sunday the 17th of August 2008 flying from Gatwick to Turin and thence by MPV to our camp-site 30 km South of Briancon. From our site on the banks of the Durance it is a short drive not just to the surrounding mountains and rivers for our hillwalking, climbing & white water kayaking activities programme, but also the large lakes and gentler terrain to the South which are more suitable for our D of E expeditions. We return to the UK on Saturday the 30th of August.
Who can come
Explorers & Young Leaders whether singly, in small groups or in complete units with or without their leaders and members of the Scout Network

Cost
£ 550 inc transport, food, camp fees, a full activity programme, and travel insurance.
Payment
Payment is in stages with the final payment due in May
All activities will be run in accordance with the
Scout Association’s rules.
