Support Structure
During your training you will meet a great variety of people from all parts of Berkshire. Supporting you and your training adviser in your training programme will be the Local Training Manager (LTM) and the Local Training Administrator (LTA). Each Local Training Manager supports an area which contains two Districts with an additional LTM for those with County-wide appointments.
