The 2008 Adult Training and Support Programme is available on-line. Congratulations to the Adult Training and Support Team for such a comprehensive programme of support with many of modules provided locally. The programme sees an expanded year long programme of validation sessions to help keep you moving through the training programme especially in the first few months. Adult volunteers in Berkshire are supported by a comprehensive training programme which is tailored to suit individual needs.
This Adult Training Programme in Berkshire offers flexibility, takes account of pre-existing knowledge and experience, it is modular and many of the modules are available close to your place of work or your home.
Berkshire provides a Centrally Funded Adult Training Programme.
The links in the right hand panel will provide you with most it not all the information you need. Your Local Training Manager (see organisation) is available to help you and provide information. You will also have a Personal Training Adviser to help identify the best modules for you.

Completion of the Training Programme may led to a nationally recognised qualification from the Open College Network as well as the high regarded Scout Association Wood badge.
