Adult volunteers in Berkshire are supported by a comprehensive training programme which is tailored to suit individual needs and by a set of adult support networks. Berkshire provides a Centrally Funded Adult Training Programme.

 Each Local Training Manager (LTM) now supports an area which contains two Districts with an additional LTM for those with County-wide appointments.  Check out the structure here.
