Advising on Adult Appointments
On Saturday 29th November the first wave of adults were trained in how our new scheme will be more welcoming to new volunteers, easier to understand by all, and a more streamlined way of inducting our new adult members. Over the next few months each district will ensure that the members of their Appointments Advisory Committee receive the necessary training and support. Below is a picture showing the first team learnring how best to welcome our adult volunteers. For more information contact AACAdmin@berkshirescouts.org.uk

Structure for the Training Team
Each Local Training Manager (LTM) now supports an area which contains two Districts with an additional LTM for those with County-wide appointments. Check out the structure here.
