Use

This website supports the programme of  Berkshire Scouts by providing news, resources, information and services to  adult volunteers,  young people, their parents and others interested in Scouting in Berkshire.

Our Service.

You agree that the maintainers and owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. Types of membership

You may browse most of this website freely without membership.

You may choose to subscribe to services via the website some of which are only open to members of the Scout Association. Such services require validation of your membership of the Scout Association which will normally be carried out through the appropriate District or County Team. We will take all reasonable steps to validate your membership, but where this cannot be carried out such services will not be made available to you.

You may choose to subscribe to services via the website which are open to all who support the aims and objectives of  the Scout Association.

We reserve the right, if any such subscriber appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement or the aims and objectives of the Scout Association to suspend or terminate that users's access to those services and/or to the appropriate parts of the web site.

Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access the site, without our prior consent. Each user is responsible for everything which is done on or through the site while their subscriber account is logged on to the site, or through their email address(es).
