Responsible for :

 Identifying operational matters that require solutions to be developed.

 Providing peer group support, networking opportunity, sharing or good practice and leadership to/for the DCs of Berkshire

 Identifying priorities for development of Scouting in Berkshire

 Identify issues concerning delivery of programme in Berkshire

 Identify individuals who can contribute to Scouting in other ways

 Agreeing priorities for action in Districts
